Give, Support, Uplift

The PrimeMLS Cares Foundation was established to strengthen the communities we serve by offering support to individuals and nonprofits facing unexpected hardship. A portion of PrimeMLS rule violation fees is dedicated to funding the Foundation, allowing us to give back in a meaningful and impactful way.

We’re proud to invest those dollars back into our region, and we invite you to join us. Your donations help expand our ability to support neighbors in need. If you aren’t able to give at this time, you can still make an impact by spreading the word to others who may be able to help.

Coming Soon is...Coming Soon!

The PrimeMLS Board approved the addition of a Coming Soon status and the sunsetting of the current Delayed Showings functionality. This change is scheduled for early January 2026.

Here are the highlights:

Coming Soon will be a new listing status that will automatically update to Active after 10 calendar days, or sooner if updated manually.
Offers are permitted while a listing is in Coming Soon status, but showings are not. Violations for showing a listing in Coming Soon status will mirror Clear Cooperation Policy penalties.
Coming Soon listings will appear on PrimeMLS.com, IDX and VOW sites, as well as third-party syndication, based on user selections within Data Authorizations.
Days on Market will not accrue while a listing is in Coming Soon status.
Listings will be visible in Hotsheets, ShowingTime feeds, specialty data fees, and the Collab Center. Plus, they can be shared directly from the MLS software.
The Delayed Showings fields and associated fields will be sunset upon release of Coming Soon.

Recent Updates to Paragon

New CMA Tab in Collaboration Center: If you’ve created an EasyCMA (available in Paragon Connect) for your customer or client, they can now access it directly in their Collab Center! Just like the emailed version, it includes side-by-side comparables, an interactive map view, any attached documents, and your contact links. No more waiting for an email—everything is available instantly in their Collab Center.

Right of First Refusal Field: Starting October 25th, Listing Maintenance will include a new non-mandatory field: Right of First Refusal. You’ll find it in the Remarks/Disclosures container for Residential, Land, Multi-Family, Boat Facility, and Rental listings.

Previously, this was a selectable option within the Possession field. To ensure consistency and accuracy, all historical listings that had “Right of First Refusal” selected in Possession will be automatically updated to “Yes” in the new field, and the option will be removed from the Possession field going forward.
