This month, we'll be sharing information on getting the most dynamic diet that you can and why you may be having trouble losing weight.




Dynamic Diet - Focus On Nutrients And Whole Foods Instead Of Calories

 a day to live and to keep your metabolism going strong. As long as the food you eat is nutrient rich, even with some treats your body won't gain weight. Rather it will use all of those many calories for energy.

Now this would not mean you can eat anything and everything that is put in front of you. Your body needs a  dynamic diet
 that includes more nutrients and whole foods instead of focusing on reducing calories.

Having Trouble Losing Weight? You're Probably Doing This.

I've written before about how we need to be honest with ourselves about our true priorities.
It's fine to want to lose weight, but you have to decide whether losing weight is more or less important to you than health, trusting yourself around food, honoring your own hunger and fullness, eating foods your like, or feeling sane.

I mentioned something briefly that I want to emphasize today:
Even if you think you're telling the truth about your priorities, there's a good chance you're still lying to yourself.
