Executive Director
February is one my favorite months (partially influenced by the fact that several staff members have birthdays this month including the author) and it causes me to reflect on love in community. I find that one of the most invigorating things about serving and leading is the opportunity to ground all of our collective effort in the call to "love one another". However, because of the prior experiences of most and the complexities of personal relationships, loving others can sometimes be a challenge. Yet, this call to love with all of its difficulties is a vital part of Goldensun and all of the people who are part of the organization. We continue to grow in our capacity so long as we continue to grow in mutual love for everyone with whom we meet, serve, problem solve, disagree and agree, celebrate and mourn, and ultimately serve in partnership. May we grow our ability to love one another!
