Containing Dialysis Costs and Preventing Chronic Kidney Disease Risks

Dialysis in the US:
A Broken Market Requires Thinking Outside the "Network" Box
| |
|
Since the beginning of managed care, Americans have feared receiving care from doctors or hospitals who are “out-of-network” because that often means sky-high prices and greater out-of-pocket costs. But what happens when the opposite is true – when the “in-network” rate is unfair and higher than the “out-of-network” rate for the same exact service?
This is just one area we cover in our comprehensive report on dialysis treatment. From patient care to policy changes, employers can learn how their bottom line and health plan members are affected.

Read our insight to learn more about Gen Z preferences! | |

While ample research exists about how Gen Z views work-related topics like career goals, purpose and fulfillment, and work-life balance, fewer studies have focused on how employers can support this generation’s health and productivity.
Fidelity Health® Thought Leadership research revealed one major reason employers should refashion their health benefits for the next generation.
