From the Rector
Dear people of St Peter’s,

As we say farewell to the old we look forward to a new year, rife with God’s blessings and grace. As a people of God we live in the present moment, where we embrace full union with God and all creation, so much so that heaven is not a place somewhere ‘out there’ but a way of life here and now. May that union challenge us to live fully in compassion and grace.
Your new Vestry will be on retreat January 5 th & 6 th at Camp Galilee. Hold us in your prayers.
Blessings in the coming year!

In the Autumn of 1890, plans were made to replace the church organ with a new pipe organ. In October a contract for $1,900 went to Mr. Thomas W. Whalley, an organ builder in Oakland, California.
