Limb and Branch Pick-Up Begins Starting Monday, November 4th

Please place Limbs and branches from your yard at the curb by 7 AM on November 4th with the cut end toward the street.

This is a limb and branch pick-up ONLY.

Remember Please

• no stumps  • no dirt  • no dead, potted plants  
• no containers • no trash • no leaves • and no other yard materials.

The GCA contractor will make ONLY ONE pass per residence, so please be ready and get your branches and limbs to the curb by November 4th 7 am.

FYI - The Fall leaf pick-up will occur in early December.

4th Quarter Assessments Due October 1

Your Quarterly Assessment of $347.27 is due NOW. Avoid the following late fees:

• Accounts not paid 35 days after the first day of the 4th fiscal quarter (November 5) will be sent a payment due reminder and assessed a notice fee of $15.
• In addition to being charged a 5% late fee accounts not paid 65 days after the first day of the fiscal 4th quarter (December 4) and will be sent a second payment due reminder and assessed a notice fee of $20.remaining!"

Renovating This Fall?

Planning renovations/modifications? Prior approval from the ARC is required for all modifications which impact the exterior of your property, including color changes, extensions or alterations affecting appearance, external structures, fences, landscape design changes, HVAC screening and tree removals (pines over 6" and others over 3" diameter). Please allow 30 days for a response from the ARC.
