Monday, May 27:

Memorial Day, is a GCA designated holiday,* which means

• No entry for contractors into Glenmore.
• No construction activities or construction material deliveries on Sunday, May 26, and Monday, May 27.

Visitor Gate Entry:

• Failure to pre-register visitors leads to longer wait times, frayed nerves and unhappy visitors, residents and gate staff
• Register friends, family, guests, contractors, and major deliveries in advance.
• Use the TekWave app to register your visitors or online 
• https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com

Safety Precautions:

• Secure valuables and lock un-garaged vehicles.
• Slow down and exercise caution on Glenmore and Piper Way.
• Slow down for bikes and golf carts.

Dogs, Dog Park and Sports Field:

• Please keep your four legged friends leashed on Glenmore walking paths and trails.
• Make use of doogie-do stations through out the community, and
• Use the Dog Park, not the Sports Field, to exercise your dog off-leash.
• Trash bins on the Sports Field are for field users only. If full, please take your waste home.

Regular trash pick-up as usual.

*FYI, Other GCA designated holidays are New Years Day, Fourth of

July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and December 25th.

Planning renovations/modifications? Prior approval from the ARC is required for all modifications which impact the exterior of your property, including color changes, extensions or alterations affecting appearance, external structures, fences, landscape design changes, HVAC screening and tree removals (pines over 6" and others over 3" diameter). Please allow 30 days for a response from the ARC. Use the on-line form to submit your application. 

ISO - Bookkeeper/Accountant for Bremerton Cottage Association

The Board of Directors for the Bremerton Cottages Association ("the Cottages") is looking for someone with a strong finance, accounting and/or bookkeeping background to support the Treasurer of the BCA. (This is not a Board position; the successful candidate reports directly to the Treasurer.) 

Responsibilities include:



• Collecting and recording the dues from 105 homeowners twice a year 
• Making bank deposits; paying vendors
• Maintaining the bookkeeping with respect to deposits, checks and bank statements
• Reporting revenue and expenses to BCA quarterly 
• Preparing the financial statements for the Annual Meeting
