Welcome to The Sweetheart Makers Market & Vendor Event!

Saturday, February 3 - 9AM-1PM

We invite you to join us for Amherst's makers, crafters, bakers, and producers market!

Inside booths - 8’ x 8’ - $20

Outside booths - 10' x 10' - $15

Setup will be held from 7-9AM on February 3. Round and rectangular tables will be provided for indoor booths on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring your own tables.

Please complete this form and remit payment in order to reserve your space. Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted to select your booth placement, based on a first-come, first-served basis. SPACES WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

A JAZZ CONCERT FOR BLACK HISTORY MONTH


Charlottesville Jazz singer Stephanie Nakasian and Richmond pianist

Lucy Kilkpatrick, with Karl Kimmel, bass; and Keith Willingham, drums; 

will perform a tribute to black blues and jazz singers of the 1920s,

Bessie Smith and Ma Rainey, and women singers through the

​big bands era and even a little “Bop.”


Tickets: $20 adults/ $10 students

Pay at the door, cash or checks only; doors open at 7 pm.​

The duo, with Ed Mikenas, bass, and Nick Moore, drums, will perform a concert built around Smith’s Mary Lou Williams Resurgence Project. ​Williams (1910-1981) was an American jazz pianist, arranger, and composer who wrote hundreds of compositions and arrangements for Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman and recorded more than one hundred records.

Amherst Business Mastermind was born out of three ideas: a branding workshop, a business coaching offer, and a desire to network with local businesses. Together, we can share ideas and support one another.

In-person bimonthly meetings will be held at Second Stage Amherst:

AM Session: 2nd Wednesday - 10AM-NOON

PM Session: 4th Wednesday - 6-8PM

*AM and PM Sessions will contain different content. We would love to have you join us for both sessions!
