CITY APPROVES 16-STORY STUDENT APARTMENT BUILDING FROM HUB MADISON DEVELOPER
The 387-unit building would be developer Core Spaces’ sixth project in Downtown Madison. Like the rest, it would have a rooftop pool and hot tub.
City staff presented a draft design that removes existing curbs, adds lots of seating and lines the plaza with art and trees.
Advenir Azora Development wants to build 210 “cottage and duplex-like units” east of Portage Road and south of Hoepker Road.
