2019-2020 Enrollment
It's time to enroll for our next school year.  You should have received an email  with a link to the enrollment packet.  The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted.  Further instructions on these forms are provided online.   Please send your registration fee of $300 per family to the school office by May 15.  Note: If you have a tuition credit balance, you may use that credit towards the enrollment fee. 

If you have applied for tuition assistance through FACTS, please make sure that all the necessary documentation is scanned in so that your application is complete. Until the correct documents are provided, applications are considered 'submitted' and not 'verified.' Tuition assistance can only be granted if applications are verified. Since enrollment is beginning , we will be creating class lists in the near future. The process of making class lists includes a lot of prayer and conversation, considering students' needs. We also understand there may be special circumstances that you would like to make us aware of as we consider placements. Please click on this link for the Class Placement Request Form if there is a special circumstance you would like to explain and have us consider. Please have these forms back to Mr. Koetje by May 3. Grades with two classes next year: K, 1, 2, 6.  Grades with a combination class: 3rd, 3/4 combination, 4th.
ACS News

2nd Annual Kristina Moelker 5K Race/Walk    Please join the ACS community in our second 5K race/walk event on Tuesday, May 14 at Allendale Public High School at 6:30 pm. Racers may pick up their race packets on Monday, May 13 from 3:30-4:00 or beginning at 5:30 the evening of the race. All ages are welcome to run, jog or walk. Spring Band & Choir Concert May 13 at Ceglarek Fine Arts Center (Allendale Public Fine Arts Center), 6:30 pm. All students should arrive at 6:10pm and meet in the band or choir room beyond the wooden double doors.  5th grade students should wear khaki pants and brown or black shoes - no tennis shoes or sandals. Girls are allowed to wear dresses or long skirts if preferred. On top, a nice dress shirt is preferred. Golf Outing-Bigger and Better!   We are excited to announce that Allendale Christian School is partnering with AnchorPoint Christian School for the 2019 Golf Outing! This partnership will help us be able to keep tuition rates affordable for families in both communities. We are looking forward to a bigger outing with more sponsors, more prizes, and lots of fun! Any golfers that sign-up select the school that they want to support. The $75 entry fee covers both 18 holes of golf with a cart, plus a lunch and opportunity to win door prizes.  To register, please click here! Summer Child Care Update   ACS families have had a chance to sign up for summer child care in the ACS child care program. If you are a current family and still interested, please contact Kelsey Post, Child Care Director, as soon as possible at Also, there are a few spots open to non-ACS families. If you know a family that is seeking affordable child care, and also is supportive of the ACS faith statement, please have them reach out to Mrs. Post with interest.

Unity Christian High School
Youth Football for students entering grades 3 - 8 this coming school year!  The program begins for 3rd/4th and 5th/6th grade teams on August 12 at a cost of $60, and 7th and 8th grade teams begin on August 19 at a cost of $80 (plus $20 for all levels if you would like to purchase jersey).  Registration online at  For full details on the program, please go to  Questions? Alumni Football Game with Kirk Cousins  -  Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins has challenged the Unity Christian Alumni All-Stars to a touch football game against his Maroon Alumni All-Stars in a fundraising event called Game On at Holland Christian May 17. BBQ dinner and lawn games to take place at 5:30 p.m. and the football game at 7:00 p.m.  Tickets for  will be $8.00 per person or $30 per family for the dinner/football game combined.  Tickets will be available on April 24 starting at 6 p.m. at, and at the HCHS and UCHS office starting April 25.  For more information go to

Girls' Golf Clinic for g rades 6 - 11. Friday, May 10 at Diamond Springs Golf Club in Hamilton.  You will find an information sheet with more details HERE.  Deadline to register is April 27.

Sports Physical Night Tuesday, May 7 from 6 - 8 p.m. Cost is $15 payable to Unity Christian High School. Those participating in Youth Football (7th and 8th Grade is required to have a physical prior to the start of the season), and any of the middle school sports are encouraged to attend. The MHSAA physical form needs to be completely filled out with signatures prior to the physical; you can find a copy of the blank form in the high school office.

Community Scrap Metal Drive- May 3 and 4 @ Unity Christian to raise funds for the Education Foundations of Hudsonville Christian and UCHS. The drive will be held at 5790 Balsam Dr., Hudsonville (across from Hudsonville Lanes) from noon to 8 p.m. on Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Greenhouse Gift Card Sale
Mother's Day is fast approaching and gift cards make an excellent gift idea!   Gift cards are available for immediate purchase at   Ralph Meyers Trucking and   Allendale Township Library , as well as in the   school lobby on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00-3:45pm . The PTA Committee Sign-Up will be coming out on May 13.  This is a great opportunity to get to know and serve next to other ACS families.  In order to fill all of our volunteer positions we ask that each household/family serves on 2 committees (1 if you are a single parent) for the 2019-2020 school year.  Please prayerfully consider where God is leading you to serve for the upcoming school year.

The Trash for Class Competition  
runs through May 10.  Items that count in this competition are Coke rewards, Box Tops for Education and Family Fare Direct your Dollars receipts.  Each item counts as 1 point no matter what the true value is (example: a 20oz Coke top and a coke reward from a 12 pack box both count as 1 point).  The winning class will be announced on Monday, May 13.  The money that is raised through the Trash for Cash Committee is used by the PTA to buy classroom supplies throughout the year.

Allendale Friends and Family 5K , Saturday, May 4, Free Kids Fun Run @ 8:30 for ages 8 & under, 5K @ 9am. Timed race, prizes for top finishers,free t-shirt.  This event will take place at Allendale Middle School.

Career Camp 2019 - Careerline Tech Center  This a one-week camp of career exploration for current 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Career Camp will run this summer in two sessions. Registration begins May 1 and can be done online, by mail, or in person. Cost: $50 for the week, with busing an additional $20. * Session 1: June 10 -14, 9:00 - 12:00 * Session 2: June 17 - 21, 9:00 - 12:00 Bus transportation will be provided between the local middle schools and Careerline Tech Center, and is optional. Due to an increase in transportation costs, there will be a $20 bus fee (per week, pre-paid.) A bus schedule (for those using the bus transportation) will be included with your camp confirmation. This year we are offering a third week of Career Camp with extended programming running all day. GoneBoarding and TrailBlazers (girls only) will be offered again this year as well as a PathFinders class, similar to TrailBlazers but for boys only. The cost for GoneBoarding, TrailBlazers, and PathFinders is $149.00. In addition, two other week-long classes will be offered and more information will be coming shortly.
