ACS NEWS & ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

THANK YOU for understanding and working with us on the scheduled times to enter the parking lots! Yesterday there were very few people that arrived early and the process ran much smoother in both lots, actually ended earlier, and avoided traffic pushing out on to the road. Your help is greatly appreciated!! Please note that once preschool begins the week of September 11, those families have to pick up preschool students around 2:50, so they already have to be in the parking lots, and will be able to remain there until the lots open for the rest of the families.

*PM Preschool families: When preschool starts, you may remain in the Henry St. (north) parking lot along the curb until pick-up time if you have that is your pick-up lot. If you need to use the main (west) lot, you are able to park in a spot in that lot to wait, as there are very few preschool families that use the west lot for pick-up.

Photo/Video Opt-Out: Parents/Guardians, please let us know if you do not want your child to appear online, in marketing materials, or on social media for ACS. Simply fill out this form or email the office. Thank you!

Classroom Lunch Coverage Opportunities! Our need for lunch coverage in classrooms is back this school year! This is a GREAT way to support our teachers and allow them time with their teaching teams for professional development opportunities and planning purposes. Please consider signing up to cover your child(ren)'s lunch period so their teacher can step out of the room for these opportunities! Click HERE for the Sign-up Genius and see what dates are available. Thank you!

FUNDRAISERS & PTA

It's almost time to get excited for our annual Walk-a-thon! This fun event will be happening on Friday, September 29th. More details to come!

COMMUNITY NEWS

Post Family Farm in Hudsonville is looking to hire energetic ADULTS for seasonal work for our fall

season. Our fall season runs from September 5, 2023 - November 4, 2023. Opportunities include donut makers, tour guides, Fun Farm Day workers and Saturday Festival workers. Donut making involves working with several others in our bakery making donuts, filling orders and running the cash register. Tour guides take a group of children, teachers and parents around the farm both on and off a tractor (training provided). Festival and Fun Farm Day workers may work in donuts, office, tickets, drive the pumpkin train or drive tractor to the pumpkin patch. No previous experience is required for any position. Work days and hours are very flexible to fit your schedule. Please contact Julie at Post Family Farm, if you have any interest in working in a fun, farm atmosphere. Phone – 616/669-1964, email – [email protected].
