Yearbooks will be coming home with your child(ren) on Friday. Please stop in the office to pay for them, any unpaid yearbooks will not be delivered to students.
Day of Giving Update & Image Gallery: Thanks to everyone who contributed toward the expansion at last week's Day of Giving! All together, we raised a grand total of $233,981.39! Good work, Everyone! Be sure to check out the image gallery of last Thursday's event.
Summer Tutoring is available from several ACS teachers! Please contact the teacher directly to set up tutoring for your child. Click here for the schedule.
Summer office hours - The office will be open this summer on Monday thru Thursday from 9am
- noon. If you have anything you need to drop off and it's outside of those hours, feel free to put it in the drop box located on the brick pillar out front.

7th and 8th Grade Robotics: Allendale Christian students are able to participate in the 7th and 8th Grade Robotics Team that is hosted by Hudsonville Christian and Unity Christian. The season runs from August until December (practices typically two nights a week), and is the next step for students interested in Robotics after 6th grade. If an ACS student is interested in joining this team, the family should express their interest as soon as possible by filling out this survey. This does not have to be a final commitment yet. As this is a part of the ACS Extracurricular opportunities for middle school students, ACS will help with the registration fee. If you have any questions, please send an email to Brian Koetje.
Classroom Lunch Coverage Opportunities - Our need for lunch coverage in classrooms continues! This is a GREAT way to support our teachers and allow them time with their teaching teams for professional development opportunities and planning purposes. Please consider signing up to cover your child(ren)'s lunch period so their teacher can step out of the room for these opportunities! Committee Sign Up for 2024-2025: The time has come when you are asked to prayerfully consider how you can bless your child’s school by serving on a committee. This is a great opportunity to get to know and serve next to other ACS families. To fill all our volunteer positions, we ask that each household/family serves on 2 committees (1 if you are a single parent) for the 2024-2025 school year. We have a fundraising goal of $115,000.00 and we need your help to make that possible! This money goes towards classroom supplies, technology, field trips and so much more that is needed each day in the classroom and the outdoor areas at school.

Kristina Moelker 5K Update: Great thanks to all who joined us for the 5th Annual Kristina Moelker 5K! It was a beautiful evening and a fun, successful night for all!

Paper Gator progress! You all are doing an amazing job filling the Paper Gator, so much so that we've had to request extra empties! Please be certain you are only putting in approved material. Refresh your memory as to accepted items here! Keep up the good work!
Did you know ACS has a committee that recycles ink and toner cartridges? There is a bin just inside the main entrance for you to drop off your used cartridges. We then turn them into classroom supplies to help support our teachers and students! Thanks for your help in turning another form of trash into CA$H!! Instant Trip is held every other Tuesday night from 7:00-7:30pm. In order for us to run this program we need at least three volunteers at each session on Tuesday night. New Unity Christian Boys Volleyball and Speed & Agility Summer Camps

Boys Volleyball Camp from July 15-18 for 6th-8th graders (12 – 2 p.m.) and 9th – 12th graders (2:30 – 4:30 p.m.).
- Speed & Agility Camp for boys and girls in grades 6 – 8. The camp will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 11 – July 25 (excluding July 2 & 4; boys meet from 9-10 a.m., girls from 10-11 a.m.). In this camp participants will work on improving their ability to run faster and change direction. Workouts will consist of sprinting, plyometrics (jumping), strength training, and reaction drills. Participants will take a pre and post-test in the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and pro agility, with results showing their improvement as they prepare for sports in fall 2024.
Unity Christian Youth Football for Grades 3 – 8 --Registration for Unity Christian Youth Football is now open! We will have 3rd/4th grade team(s), 5th/6th grade team(s), a 7th grade team, and an 8th grade team. Practices for 3rd-6th grades will begin on August 12 and grades 7&8 will begin on August 19. To plan accurately for the number of teams we will have in the fall, we ask that you register your player by June 1. *New this summer!* Musical Theater Camp will take place at Unity Christian High School June 3-6 from 3-5pm for 5th – 8th grade guys and girls! Learn musical songs and how to sing in parts while being expressive, acting and blocking skills that will help you in future Unity auditions and productions, and common dance moves from Unity and Broadway shows. No prior musical or theater experience required!

Post Family Farm is HIRING: Post Family Farm in Hudsonville is looking to hire energetic ADULTS for seasonal work for our spring season. Our Spring season runs from May 1,2024-May 18,2024. Opportunities include donut makers, tour guides, and Saturday festival workers. Donut making involves working with several others in our bakery making donuts, filling orders and running the cash register. Tour guides take a group of children, teachers and parents around the farm both on and off a tractor (training provided). Festival workers may work in donuts, office, tickets or drive tractor to the pumpkin patch. No previous experience is required for any position. Work days and hours are very flexible to fit your schedule. Please contact
