Have we heard from you?
Please complete survey before Monday, June 6
This is just a quick note to encourage you to take our Engagement Survey today if you have not already done so.

We will soon mark one year since the launch of the Tufts Medicine Integrated Network. In our first year our Board focused on three priorities. First, creating a fresh culture that enfranchises physicians as owners. Second, standing up a regional structure to shift authority and accountability to local teams. Third, building an innovation discipline to accelerate solutions to real problems facing providers and patients.

As we enter our second year, we are integrating LCO subject matter experts into our management teams to ensure LCO voices are heard. We are working to take cost and complexity out of Network administration. We are also revamping our core service offering to deliver more value to participating practices. To keep this ambitious agenda focused we need to know what you think.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes and is completely confidential. You may find your unique survey link in your email, or you may scan the appropriate QR code below for easy access.

The Tufts Medicine Integrated Network is a distinctively different population health enterprise and value-based care contracting entity. It comprises 2,300 primary care and specialist physicians and advanced practice clinicians, working as Tufts Medicine employees or in private practice, delivering care in community and hospital settings. The Network’s purpose is to build healthier communities and to create healthy, rewarding experiences for our members and care teams. The Network was launched in July 2021 by building upon the legacies of two long-standing, high-performing organizations – Lowell General Physician Hospital Organization and New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA).
