Haul-Out Season is in full swing!

As of 10/01/2025, Pikes Bay Marina has hauled 40 boats—

We are ahead of last year's haul-out!

Please be aware of Moving Equipment and Parking Restrictions



-PBM EQUIPMENT HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY.

-Speed limit is 10 mph up and down the hill.

-Respect parking barriers and check in with the office on where to park if you will not be reachable.

-Please make sure to have your 2025 Parking Permit clearly visible.

-Please do not distract technicians while they are in the middle of the hauling process as this is a safety concern for everyone.



-Being ready ahead of your haul out keeps things moving in an efficient & timely manner. If you plan on being present, please have last-minute items like pump outs & fueling taken care of. The crew appreciates it!

Are you still making haul-out plans? Time is running out!

If you have not scheduled your haul-out & winterization services, please contact our Service Department ASAP. As the weather dictates, water & pump out systems in the marina will be winterized and will become unavailable until the Spring. This may happen with little notice.

Other Time-Sensitive Requests from our Dedicated Service Crew:

• If you are having Pikes Bay Marina winterize your water system, please have your tanks emptied prior to haul-out! It is very time consuming to empty tanks in the winterization process.

• Sailboat rigging needs to be secured so that it is as quiet as possible. This applies to boats in a slip and in storage. Please have your halyards secured to prevent excessive noise on windy days!

Hang On To Parking Passes & Key FOBs!

Your Parking Passes will be updated in 2026 with a simple sticker. Instead of picking up a new pass, you will pick up a 2026 sticker to place on your current pass. Please keep track of your parking permit over the Winter!

Additionally, please remember to put your FOB somewhere safe. The replacement fee for lost FOBs is $50. Consider storing your parking pass & FOB on your boat when you leave Pikes Bay for the season.

If you know that you will not be returning to Pikes Bay in 2026, please contact Charlie to discuss returning your parking pass & key FOB.

Save yourself the time & hassle of that final wipe down or Spring cleaning and have us take care of it!

Pikes Bay offers post-haul & pre-launch interior detailing services. Know that your boat was put away ship shape & ready for launch!

Services start at $75 and can be tailored to your needs.

We have begun scheduling service work for the winter of 2025-2026!
