Easter Flowers: Remember your loved ones with a lily, peace lily, gerbera daisy or begonia for Easter. Forms can be found at the Welcome Desk.

Order must be received by March 17th.

We're seeking donations once more this year to fund the Easter Cross flowers. Kindly note "Donation for Easter Cross" on the memo line of your check. Thank you for your support.

The Veterans Task Force will be collecting food items for the O'Hare Airport USO from now through March 24th. Donations of individually wrapped snack items would be appreciated. For example: sm. bags of chips, pretzels, cookies, granola bars, gum, candy bars, etc. Unfortunately, no home baked goods are accepted at this time. Donations can be dropped off at the Welcome Center. (The USO is a rest and recuperation area in the airport for our traveling military men and women.) We thank you for your donations and support towards our mission.

The Men’s Ministry meets on the second Saturday of the month for men’s breakfast at Jimmy’s on Rand Rd 1440 Rand Road, Des Plaines at 8:00am.

There will be a container by the welcome table if you would like to donate candy or prizes to fill Easter Eggs.

Sunday school will also continue to meet every Sunday between the two services from 10-11am!

On Sunday, March 24th, we will have an Easter Egg hunt for all kids that are interested.

Online Church Directory

We're sending out the link to create your own username and password again, the link will expire in a month.

It's a very simple platform. After you create your Individual Profile there's also a tab for "Families" that you'll be able to input your family information. There's also a "Groups" option to communicate with others in a specific group.

We understand that Security is important. Please see the following to answer concerns.

1) The site offers SSL encrypted security. For more information click the Help tab and then FAQ. 

2) The Members create their own username AND password.

2) The company DOES NOT sell any information that we enter on the site.

3) Members can decide to make their Profile visible or invisible with the click of a button.

4) Most important- the Members will enter their own information. It's completely voluntary on what personal information they'd like to provide, revise, or delete at any time.

Instructions after you receive the invite:

1) Click on the link to create your username and password.

2) After entering the site, Click the "My Profile" tab and enter information as you'd like.

3) Upload a photo.

4) Click "Update" to save after changing any information.

5) Click on "Families" tab

6) Click on your Family and add information

7) Click "Update" to save

8) The Administrator must add Members to Families. Please send an email to an Admin (below) to make any additions.

MOBILE APP OPTION:

9) On your Mobile device- Download "Online Member Directory".

10) Sign in using your username and password.

ADD extra information about yourself. In your Profile and Family tabs, Click "Add New Information" and then under "Label" add some information or history about yourself.

We need Worship volunteers …….

Are you looking for a way to share your gifts at EPLC but don’t have a lot of time spare? Look no further! Be a Worship Participant! There are many ways to serve as an usher, a lector, altar care team member communion servers, or musicians.

Serve at one service per month- it’s simple! 

Sign-up sheets are available at the welcome desk or you could contact Leslie if you are interested.

Volunteering during Worship service is a beautiful way to share your faith.

Items available for loan: walkers, wheelchairs, bath chairs, wheelchairs, toilet seats and crutches.

Pastoral Care

Please contact Pastor Joe or Deacon Carole Edwards at 773-580-3617 when you are hospitalized or whenever you would like a phone call or a visit. Even if you would rather not have a visit, we would still appreciate the opportunity to pray for your healing.
