Summer Concert Series artists revealed!
Get ready to get your groove on! The City of Blue Ash is pleased to announce the artist lineup for the Blue Ash Summer Concert Series 2022!

The concerts feature familiar favorites and new performers that are sure to please audiences.

The Tuesday Night Concerts at the Blue Ash Nature Park kick-off on June 7 with The Sycamore Community Band. Tuesday Night Concerts are every Tuesday night (except for July 5) through August 9 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The on-site concession stands will be open.

Friday Night Concerts begin on June 10 with fan-favorite, The Soul Pocket Band. Friday Night Concerts are every Friday night (except for July 1) at Towne Square, from 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and run through August 12. Hungry? Visit a restaurant near Towne Square and enjoy dinner and a concert.

The new performers this year are Fialla, a traditional Irish trio, and Elementree Livity Project, a reggae band. Click here to see the full schedule.

In addition, the City is bringing live music back to Red, White & Blue Ash on July 4! 

“We are thrilled to bring back a full Red, White & Blue Ash event this year,” said Margaret O’Gorman, Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Programming and Events General Manager. “A concert is a big part of what we do on July 4 and we will be making the big artist announcement on April 13, so stay tuned!”
Public hearing held to discuss DORA
for Summit Park
A public hearing was held on March 24, 2022, to discuss a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) for Summit Park.

Assistant City Manager Kelly Harrington presented the plans for the proposal prior to the public hearing. Watch the presentation on YouTube here, and view the slides here.  

Blue Ash-based businesses make the Inc. 5000
Two Blue Ash-based companies are on the Inc. 5000 Regionals list that ranks the fastest-growing companies.

Kinnettix, an IT management firm, jumped from #794 in 2021 up to #42 this year, with 243 percent growth.

InfoTrust, a digital analytics and data governance tech firm, moved up the list from #122 to #82 this year, with 131 percent growth. Read more.
Public Works Name a Snow Plow contest underway
The City of Blue Ash Public Works Department wants you to get creative and Name A Snow Plow!

The inaugural Name a Snow Plow contest is underway and runs through April 18. Learn more and submit your name suggestions here.

You voted and the movies you selected will be on the big screen for the Summit Cinema presented by Toyota at Summit Park! 

From the classic 1996 Space Jam to the new and beloved Encanto, there is something for everyone for 2022.

Gather the family, a blanket or chairs and head to Summit Park, 4335 Glendale Milford Road, and take in one or all of these great family flicks:

  • June 29, 2022 - Space Jam
  • July 13, 2022 - Encanto
  • July 27, 2022 - Honey I Shrunk the Kids
  • August 10, 2022 - Coco

HAM-Plainfield Roundabout Update
3/25/2022 HAM-Plainfield Roundabout construction update:

  • Waterline installation will continue near the Peppermill and Reed Hartman intersection. This will be followed by pressure testing of the water main and then connecting it to the existing system.

  • Storm sewer installation work will continue on Hunt Road.

  • Concrete crews will begin installation of a temporary sidewalk near Plainfield Road to allow for the construction of the Peppermill roundabout.

  • Temporary traffic signal poles will be installed at the Peppermill and Reed Hartman intersection.
