Important changes coming to County website

Starting Friday, January 23, you’ll find a new look, intuitive organization, and updated features to improve your online experience when you visit GwinnettCounty.com. When the new website launches, there will be a few important changes, including a single sign-on login. Residents will now use the email address affiliated with their account to log in instead of a username. Existing account passwords associated with a user’s email address may need to be changed to meet updated security standards. The water bill feature will also remain the same for now.

While the web address GwinnettCounty.com will remain unchanged, page URLs will change due to an improved site structure. Please remember to update your bookmarks after the launch on January 23.
