FAFLC in the Community

4 of our board members were present at the Group Publishing Community Service Awards. While we were not awarded a grant this year, it was a good opportunity to network with other non-profits in the area. We look forward to applying again next year. FAFLC was awarded a grant from the Berthoud Community Fund on October 23rd. That grant will be put towards the shoe gift cards in the fall. Members of our Board of Directors represented FAFLC at the annual Give Next kickoff, where we talked with local middle school and high school children about our organization and how we are helping the community.
