This Sunday is Food Pantry Sunday - Bring groceries to fill local Food Pantries. Biggest needs: peanut butter and canned pasta. No time to shop? Bring your change (or bills!) for Second Collection, especially for food-deficient families in Montgomery County.

Stitch and Sew - Every Saturday at 9:30am in the Welcome Center (due to construction). All skill levels are welcome. Learning opportunities available. Help create needlepoint blankets to celebrate life events, like baptisms, and prayer quilts for those who need healing. Stitch and Sew will not meet Saturday, July 5 due the holiday weekend.

Lend a Hand: Quilt Finishing for Lutheran World Relief

Lord of Life volunteers have been busy all year long, crafting beautiful quilts for Lutheran World Relief. Now, these cozy creations need your helping hands to get them ready for distribution!

We're looking for volunteers to help us finish these quilts by tying them together. No sewing skills are required – everything is prepped and ready to go! If you can tie a knot, you can help make a difference.

Join us on any or all of the following Saturdays in the Narthex (entrance to our Sanctuary/worship space):

• July 12 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• July 19 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• July 26 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Come to as many or as few sessions as you can – every bit of help makes a difference for those in need. Everyone is welcome! We can't wait to see you there.

Bunco Night 

Join us the 4th Thursday of every month at 7pm for fellowship and fun centered around playing Bunco. You do not need to know how to play. We will teach you. Bring $5 and a snack to share July 24. Due to construction at Lord of Life, Bunco nights will be held at The Friendship Center located at 2235 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

Egyptian Pilgrimage with Pastor David

Join Pastor David Bauser on a 10-day pilgrimage through Egypt to see a land that has been central to the Biblical narrative and continues to reveal God to us today. New Summer Bible Study Series for adults

Into the Deep: Jonah

Dive into the story of Jonah—a story with far bigger questions than a big fish.

Why does Jonah run from God?

Why is he angry when God shows mercy?

And how do we respond when God loves people we struggle to love?

This 4-week Bible study explores the depths of Jonah’s heart and ours, asking hard questions about justice, forgiveness, and God's relentless compassion. Through storms, prayer, repentance, and a plant that withers, we’ll discover that God’s mercy goes deeper than we ever imagined—even into the places we'd rather not go.

Patrick Nazaroff will lead on Sunday mornings in Pastor David’s office July 13 – August 10 (Off on July 27) from 9:45am-10:45am. 

We believe that the church is a place for all people to feel connected and supported.
