How Home Building Can Lead a Recovery by Generating Jobs

April Meetings and Events are Cancelled

All events and meetings scheduled through the end of April have been cancelled at this time.

SAHBA staff will be working from home through April 30th.  If you are needing immediate assistance, please feel free to email us by clicking HERE

Please take care of yourself and your families and remember to heed the precautions that our health care professionals, local and state government have put in place. The health and wellness of our members and their families and those who live in our communities is our top priority.

Thank you for everything you are doing to support our communities and local businesses.

Value of Member$hip

NAHB members saved about $5,500 per housing start in 2019 due to NAHB's advocacy efforts in 2018 and other member benefits. The rewards of building the houses and communities that people call home are immeasurable. But it's a challenging job. NAHB resources and know-how can help you build a better product, build a better business, and work in a more positive business environment.

Construction is essential - so is membership with the SAHBA.

HBA's in all states worked at the local, state and national levels to keep construction considered essential and keep many of you working during the pandemic.  All but five states are still working.  Does that show the value of membership?  This is what happens when you have thousands of people working together.  Do you know someone who should be a part of this great organization? Send them our way!
