Reservations are open for the 2023 Home Expo which will be held February 17th, 18th and 19th at The Bank of Springfield Center.

Save room in your budget for the Home Expo Show Guide! The Show Guide will be distributed to all attendees and will be posted on our website! Even better...... after the Home Expo, the Show Guide will be updated to a Spring Homeowners Guide, and your ad will STILL be on our website!!
Water Tap Fee Increase
Residential water services 1" and smaller are installed by CWLP at a flat rate in accordance with City Code. Effective September 1, 2022 the following costs will apply:

3/4" or 1" services inside the city limits = $1,800

3/4" or 1" services outside the city = $2,100

Street and/or sidewalk repairs necessitated by the service installation will be the responsibility of the customer

Long (over 60') services will be assessed an additional $20 per foot in addition to the base charge

This increase from the rates set on May 1, 2016 are due to an increase in material and labor costs.
