The SAHBA Board of Directors meets 11 times per year and is responsible for the governance of the organization, ensuring it is effectively and properly run and meeting its overall purpose. Board members are fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound ethical and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as making sure the non-profit has adequate resources to advance its mission.
