Innovative Use of Leading With Courage Workshop
How often do you tell your clients and customers:
  • We put your interests before ours.
  • We'll be there to help you build your business.
  • We want to invest in a long-term relationship based on what matters most to you.

What are you doing to back up these promises with tangible, visible actions?

If you're looking for a unique way to add value to your clients, consider sponsoring or subsidizing a Leading With Courage Workshop for the emerging leaders of your best/better clients.  Use it as a client/customer appreciation event or instead of a golf outing or a "meet & greet."

Business Innovators Magazine Features An Article About Being A Leader With Courage
Business Innovators Magazine featured an article about Being A Leader With Courage and its author, Lee Eisenstaedt.  The article was written by T. Allen Hanes and was published on September 21, 2016.
New Report Added To Self-Assessment
We've added a new report to our Leading With Courage Self-Assessment.  It identifies which of the nine behaviors that can derail a leader's career you need to be on the alert for.  Early feedback is that it is perhaps the most valuable of the three reports respondents receive.

If you haven't yet been able to find the five minutes it takes to fill out the Assessment, this is another reason to make it a priority.

Upcoming speaking engagements
Lee Eisenstaedt will be presenting on Being A Leader With Courage at the following events:
  • October 26 -- The Entrepreneur Series, Metropolitan Club in Chicago (hosted by Trent Clark)
  • November 11 -- Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises, O'Hare Hilton, Chicago
  • November 30 -- Association Forum, Chicago, full-day workshop for AF's members (joined by Trent Clark)
  • January 20 -- Vistage group in Chicago
