Now that holiday eating has come to an end, consider doing a seasonal detox. We have all made some indulgences, so it's time for a detox. Book your colon therapy appointment, do some juicing and possibly a week or two of natural living so the body can release all the junk. If not, the body will go into self-detox as a cold or flu or whatever your health issues are, they will erupt at this time! If you need guidance to detox, do reach out to our member holistic health practitioners and wellness center. It is importance that it is done properly especially if diabetic or on any medications.

While in many parts of our nation Covid-19 is still rampant, it is important that we keep our immune system in tip top shape with lots of alkaline water and vitamin C & D + Multivitamin for starters! The Federal Government is still behind the eight ball in battling this crisis so we must continue with self-care. We are grateful for all the work Governor Andrew Cuomo and the many State Governors who are working to assist with factual information to the citizens on a daily basis!

Master Yirser Ra Hotep began his love of teaching Kemetic Yoga to children in 1979 to children at the Better Boys Foundation on the West Side of Chicago. Since that time he has created award winning programs for Easter Seals of Metropolitan Chicago, Center For New Horizons, Kids Hope United, Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, Cook County Juvenile Detention Center, Chicago Public Schools and a wide variety of other agencies, schools and churches.
Yirser Ra Hotep holds a masters degree from the University of Chicago in Social Service Administration (AM, MSW) Studied at the Jacob Caruthers Center for Inner City Studies, holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Yirser has traveled the world teaching Kemetic Yoga to children and to Black communities in London, France, South Africa, Belize, Brazil, Ghana and throughout the United States.
Yirser is the founder of the YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga, the Institute of Kemetic Yoga and Kemeticyogaskills LLC.

We want to invite you to participate in the Consciousness Transformation Intensive that we are starting on the
11th of December. Dr. Kokayi will serve as the facilitator of these ten one hour intensives in which we will assist you in an inward journey aimed at helping you to have a fuller experience of the Multi-Dimensional Consciousness that you are: a Spiritual Being not limited to the conscious experience of the body and your present persona: expanding our individual and collective awareness so that in experiencing Life in these human forms we can make better choices, assisting not only our own Self-evolution but creating a field of Love and Peace that will resonate with such efforts being made around the world. Human beings must embrace a more elevated path of Being or go the way of the dinosaurs as a species. The lowered vibrational thinking and emotions that are constantly being brought into our sphere of awareness will be transformed by the power of an enlightened human species: from an inner Realization to an outer manifestation. As with the rising of the sun, each morning darkness yields to the light. As more people are willing to make the time to embrace a Higher aspect of Being the inner architecture of the world will change.
This is a non-denomination meditative experience that will draw on the wisdom systems of religions and cultures from around the world, both present-day and in antiquity. There have always been those in every culture who have been able to pierce the veil of limitation, smallness, and not-enoughness that the human condition creates, realizing what we are really capable of. It will certainly assist us to be informed by their wisdom and revelations. Directions for preparation for this experience will be found at kokayiohm post-registration as well as suggestions for a few items to pick up. These ten sessions will occur monthly, evolving as our experience dictates. As intimated there will be suggested readings and video presentations to go along with the meditation intensives. This experience is open to everyone but it is suggested that those with a psychiatric disorder that involves a thought disorder or schizophrenia not participate at this time. If you have any questions about your fitness to participate please send us an email and Dr. Kokayi will respond to you.

Greetings of Peace to you. As High Priestess, Mwt LaTrella Thornton, I am inviting you to a natural healing event via Zoom – on the Spring Equinox 2021 - hosted by the Khepera Heru Healing and Learning Temple, Shrine of Het Heru. Please see flyer below.
In residence at the Temple are a group of unique, well-seasoned Healers, who are extensively qualified across a multitude of natural, holistic healing modalities – “Sekhmet’s Circle of Healers”.
This Circle of Healers, who will be the Presenters for this Symposium, include: Nfr KaRaa SheshrAnkh, Applied Energy Worker and Wholistic Psychotherapist, will present "Creating YOUR Spa experience;" Ayo Pat Hinds-Bankole, Conscious Living Coach, Certified Womb Wellness Specialist, and Aromatherapist, will present "Movements to Activate Your Chakras;" Mwt LaTrella Thornton, Shaman and Spiritual Healer, will present "Past Life Work;" Zakiyyah MaaKhepera-Ast, Master Herbalist, Reiki & Pranic Healer, and Essential Oil Specialist wil present "Herbs and Essential Oils: Simple Remedies for the Whole Family;" and Jessica W. Bonds, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Therapist will present "Developing Your Own Meditation Practice.”
The “Healing Symposium” will be a FREE event in Honor and Celebration of the Virtues of Het Heru Ntchrt. This symposium will offer all participants an ‘experiential event’ with a full range of conscious living, wellness, and alternative healing services and workshops.
