SHOWING OF PBS DOCUMENTARY at All Saints’

THE MUSICIANS’ GREEN BOOK: AN ENDURING LEGACY

Tuesday, October 22, 2024, 6pm


All are invited to a special screening of the acclaimed documentary: The Musician's Green Book. Tickets are $25 and all proceeds benefit Friends of the Latimore Tourist Home in their mission to restore and revitalize a truly unique piece of American history, right here in Russellville. There will be live music, hors d'oeuvres, and a variety of beverages. Tickets can be purchased online here.

Celebrate All Saints' History


Join us between the services on Sunday October 13 in Sutherland Hall for light refreshments as we learn about the history of All Saints' Episcopal Church, our lay people, and former clergy. If you have anything from All Saints' past (photos, bulletin, etc) please feel free to bring it to share.

Second Monday Community Prayer

All Saints' outing to Middleton Family Farms


Join us for an outing to Middleton Family Farms in Pottsville on October 19 at Noon. This local farm offers games and a pumpkin patch. All ages are welcome. Please RSVP with Melissa Simpson.

Cirque Du Pride


We are signed up to have an informational booth during the Cirque Du Pride event in Russellville on Saturday October 19 from 5 pm to 8pm.

Holy Contemplation Rector's Forum

As the next step in our strategic planning process, join us in Sutherland Hall for a presentation on the current trends in the church. Bring your questions as we discuss national and local trends for Christianity and our church.

All Saints' Trunk or Treat


We are accepting donations for candy to go toward our Halloween Trunk or Treat. There will be a tub in Shoemaker Hall and in the office. We hand out candy for an hour and can average 300-400 kids in that time.

Episcopal Youth Community Food


We are excited to share that our church youth group is gearing up for fall 2024, and we need your help to make it a success!

How You Can Help: Provide Food and/or Donate Money. Fill out our form here. We gather Wednesday by 5:30 pm to 7 pm. We like to have dinner ready to eat no later than 5:45 pm.

Communion is available at Home


A Eucharistic Visitor is a lay person authorized to take the consecrated elements in a timely manner following a Celebration of Holy Eucharist to members of the congregation who, by reason of illness or infirmity, were unable to be present at the Celebration of the Eucharist. If you're interested in serving in this important ministry, please contact Julie Hodges.

Yarn & Affirmations


Yarn and Affirmations group will meet after bible study on Wednesdays at 12:30 pm. Bring a sack lunch and join the fun. Some in our group bring their crochet or knitting and others just bring themselves to join in on fun conversation about books, movies or whatever topic they wish. Later in the fall, our group will donate hand crafted items to neighbor’s table guests and other local charities. Neighbors Table Ministry


Last Saturday, Neighbors Table provided a hot, delicious lunch to 39 hungry neighbors, 2 meals were served to volunteers who dined with our guests, and 4 meals were delivered to friends of the parish. A total of 45 meals were served.


This week chef Bruce Moore and the cooking team are in the kitchen, On this week’s menu will be hamburger pizzas, fruit salad, and cherry and peach cobblers. Tim Stone and the dining room crew will be setting the tables and greeting our Neighbors Table friends.


New volunteers are always welcome. Please look for the Neighbors Table volunteer sheets posted in Shoemaker Hall, choose one of the jobs and help feed our hungry neighbors.


Neighbors Table is funded by designated gifts from parishioners and grants. If you wish to donate, go to https://www.allsaintsrussellville.org/giving, select Realm Secure Giving, and donate to Food Ministries.

Youth Activities

Our Nursery is open on Sunday from 9 am until after the 1 pm. All youth ages newborn to 5 years old are welcome to our nursery. Light snacks will be provided. Please let our childcare providers know of any allergies or concerns.

All Saints' Youth Programs


  • Our nursery is going to focus October on learning about Noah's Ark. October 13 they will work on their family portraits.
  • Kid's Chapel this Sunday during the 10:30 am service for ages 6-11.
  • Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) is at 5:30 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday. See the schedule here.
  • Sunday School for ages 6-11 will meet at 9am in Sutherland Hall to listen to the history of All Saints'.

Christian Formation

Young Adults - Sunday at Noon


We will meet on Sundays after the 10:30 am service for fellowship and lunch. The nursery will also remain open an extra hour every Sunday.


Young Adults are anywhere from 18 to 40s, we won't turn you away.


October 13: Let's talk about rest and prayer walks around the neighborhood. Lunch will be Pizza.

Bible Study


Bible Study is Wednesday at 11:30 am in the large conference room.

Practicing Prayer at 6pm


We will begin with 20 minutes of silent prayer, and then continue with Lectio Divina, using scriptures translated from Aramaic by Neil Douglas Klotz in The Hidden Gospel. This week we begin Chapter 8, “Soul, Self, and Life: The Province of Inner Work.” If you would like to join us, please email Catherine Crews, catherinecrews@icloud.com for information.
