Bells of the Cascades, an auditioned community

 handbell choir in the Portland, Oregon metro area, is seeking an experienced music director. This is a paid, contract position. Music directing experience required.

 

 Weekly rehearsals(Tuesday evenings) and two to four concert weekends or other activities per year.

    Deadline for the early registration fee of $180 is April 1. Since this falls on a Sunday, your registration with payment must be postmarked by April 2. For those who have registered and paid a deposit, the balance due must be postmarked by April 2.

     In additional to all registration forms and information, Dr. William Payn's rehearsal notes are in the links in the article below as well as on our website, area10.handbellmusicians.org. Under the batons of William Payn and Shirley Lindberg, you will take the music to new heights of musicality.  

     There is also a pre-conference Directors' Seminar with William Payn on Friday, June 22, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to refine your skills. The last date for the early rate of $60 is April 1 (postmarked by April 2). 

     If you are unable to open any of the forms, please email me and I will gladly send them to you as attachments or, if you prefer, snail mail them to you.
