Fix Tier 6 Rally

As Chair of the Governmental Employees Committee, my top priority is to address the inequities faced by public employees who have a Tier 6 pension. With the City and State facing a recruitment and retention crisis, now more than ever we must reform Tier 6. Together with our union partners, we will roll up our sleeves and fix this!

Charles & Hamilton Beach Park Security Cameras

After years of advocacy, Charles Park and Hamilton Beach Park will finally be receiving security cameras in the Spring! The safety of our community is always my biggest concern and I am happy to see this finally come to fruition. These cameras will be able to see into the parks and ensure park visitors remain safe!

Meeting with REMA4US

Our small businesses are the best representation of Rockaway, that's why I'm proud to partner with Rockaway East Merchants Association 4 United Synergy (REMA4US) in their effort to create a Business Improvement District (BID) in Downtown Far Rockaway! With the partnership of REMA4US, our goal is to see the businesses in Downtown Far Rockaway flourish!

Resorts World Casino Expansion!

Thrilled to be part of this historical occasion at Resorts World Casino. Together we announced a groundbreaking $5 billion expansion which will include enhanced gaming, a 7,000 seat concert hall, and hundreds of units of new housing! From the creation of over 10,000 new jobs to building an entirely new community, South Queens has truly hit the jackpot with Resorts World!

Rockaway St. Patrick's Day Parade

Rain or shine, the parade goes on! The pouring rain didn't stop us from marching in this year's Rockaway St. Patrick's Day Parade. They say "save the best for last," but we’re Rockaway so the best parade comes first!
