Bethlehem Art  at the Chamber
The Bethlehem Art Association has installed a new exhibit at the Bethlehem Chamber office. Stop in weekdays through the end of February, to view works from twelve local artists.

Restorative Yoga uses props (blankets, bolsters, pillows, blocks, etc.) and specific poses to allow deep tissue stretches within the body. A very limited number of poses held for longer periods of time allow for deeply held tension within the body to release. Restorative Yoga is appropriate for any and all levels and abilities, and particularly for those healing from illness and/or injury. Jai Yoga School offers MONTHLY Restorative Yoga - their next one if this Friday, 6/22, at 7:30pm.  Sign up online!

The Saturday Delmar Farmers Market opens for the season on Saturday, May 5, 9am-1pm at the Bethlehem Middle School on Kenwood Avenue.  Visit the website for details.
