5 Gestures of Trust

Thursday, May 3
2pm-3pm EST

You are invited to join the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for an exclusive webinar talking about a new framework to evaluate customer-business relationships called the 5 Gestures of Trust and the benefit to small businesses like yours.
Aided by the speed of technology and social media, customer experiences can make or break a business. The extensive findings from BBB's research study, 5 Gestures of Trust , suggest that consumers who report positive experiences, respect, trust, and loyalty with companies tend to describe them as Honest, Transparent, Proactive, Humble and Equitable.
Join us in exploring how businesses like yours can better evaluate customer relationships and in turn, create better experiences using the 5 Gestures of Trust Craig Honick,  managing partner of Metro Tribal, a market insight and brand-story development firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and Seattle, Washington will be leading the discussion on the 5 Gestures of Trust.

Cross the next country off your bucket list with a trip to Ireland this Fall!

The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Discoveries present this 8-day journey to Ireland. Ireland is located in the North Atlantic and is the third largest island in Europe.  The island has lush vegetation due to its mild but oceanic climate, and Ireland is free of the temperature extremes we experience here in the Northeast. Experience the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland's most visited sites, and Galway, a harbor city located on the West coast. The trip includes two castle visits - Kilkenny Castle and Bunratty Castle - as well as an excursion to Dingle and a visit to the Rock of Cashel.  There is also an optional two day Dublin post-tour excursion.

Open to all members of the community, the 8 day trip begins on Monday, October 15, 2018 and includes round trip airfare from New York City, round trip transfers between airports and hotels, 6 nights of first class hotel accommodations, daily breakfast and tours.   Click HERE  for the full itinerary.
