Jai Yoga School has added a new class to their list - Foundations. It is a great class for starting your yoga practice or to revisit the basics of vinyasa to re-group and re-align. Often times it feels challenging to "keep up" in a "vinyasa class" - and it can also be unsafe to push through a higher level class if you feel like you do not know what you're doing. Focusing on precision and proper body alignment, this class will give a strong foundation for your practice.
This class is suitable for ALL levels and will be offered
Mondays at 5:45pm and Tuesdays 11am.
