Don't miss out on the Holiday Shopping Card promotion! 
The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce is working on our
Annual Holiday Shopping Card Promotion for November 24 (Small Business Saturday)
through December 31, 2018.  The program is a continuation of our active
Buy Local Initiative and is a way to encourage the Bethlehem community
to support local businesses during the holiday shopping season before making
trips to area malls and Black Friday sales.

Participation is open to
Member and Non-Member businesses.

10,000 cards are printed in November and distributed:
* 2018 Bethlehem Turkey Trot: As a sponsor, the Chamber distributes cards to
approximately 3,000 participants during Pre-Registration
* Spotlight Newspaper: Chamber inserts Holiday Cards into 5,000+ papers
(11/21/18 edition) distributed by mail and on newsstands in town.
* Community locations: Bethlehem Town Hall, Bethlehem Public Library, local post offices, Bethlehem Chamber office, Saturday and Tuesday Farmers Markets
* Member and Participating Businesses: Cards are given to member and participating
businesses to distribute to customers

Advertising is purchased locally to make the
community  aware of the program.

Deadline to participate is Friday, October 26.

Bethlehem will be holding a First Night Celebration to ring in the New Year! A family friendly and fun event, First Night will be held on New Year's Eve, Sunday, December 31st.
The celebration will begin with fireworks at the Four Corners ,

Want to learn more about the opioid epidemic? Join the Delmar First United Methodist Church for a 6- week community program. Explore the epidemic and gain an understanding  about how it touches so many lives in our families and community. The first 90-minute program begins on October 14 at 6pm and the Five Paths to Opioid Dependence will be discussed. View the flyer for details.
