If the insurance carrier is continuing the plan into 2019, you may elect
to continue your current plan at the new premium rate (see link below).

If you prefer to enroll in a different plan for 2019, you will need to submit a

The Bethlehem YMCA is offering a new music group - join them  for one class or for the entire 6 week program for a music group experience with adults ages 21+ with special needs (though ALL abilities are welcome).
