Help make a lasting impact in the place you call home on Small Business Saturday®. Founded by American Express in 2010, it's a day to celebrate the local businesses that help make your neighborhood great - and anyone can join in. This year, Small Business Saturday is Nov 25. No matter who you are, be a part of it, visit the website.
Remember, for every $100 spent in locally-owned independent stores, $68 returns to the community through taxes, payroll and other expenditures. If you spend that in a national chain, $43 stays in the community.Spend it online and nothing comes home.
