Church Assessment Tool Survey
Our church has entered into a time of discernment during which we are gathering information to guide our decisions for our future. A letter was mailed to you that provides detailed information on The Church Assessment Tool (CAT) Survey. This survey tool will provide a clearer picture of who we are as a church and what directions might be important for our future. Your response is very important to us.
We ask that you take the online assessment as soon as possible. The link is activated now through Sunday, March 7, 2021.
All answers provided online are strictly anonymous. We have no way of matching any assessment to a particular person, so please feel free to candidly share your perceptions, opinions, and experiences. The assessment will take approximately an hour to complete. Please set aside enough time to complete the survey all at one time. Our future together is dependent on your participation and honest answers.
When you are ready, click on this link and begin. Or, you can click the CAT Survey button under the Church Online on our website.
While completing the survey online is preferred, if you are unable to complete the online survey, paper copies are available at the front entrance of the church. For those who are unable to pick up a copy and cannot complete the online survey, please call Office Manager, Stephanie Johnson at 412-242-4570 x10 and leave a message, one may be mailed to you.
If you have questions, please contact one of the members of the Pastoral Transition Team listed below.
