Message from the Superintendent

Dear Members of the Bowling Green City Schools Community,

Election Day is next Tuesday, November 5. The district’s goal has been to ensure you have accurate, up-to-date, and ample information regarding the District’s levy request to make an informed decision. The district must balance the budget with either additional funds (levy) or reduced expenditures (major cuts). November 5 is an important day for the district. Here are quick links to each of the informational items that have been shared to provide information about the district’s levy.

Bobcat Cross Country

Headed to State Championships today!

For the first time in nearly 20 years the Bowling Green High School Girls Cross Country team will be competing in the OHSAA Division 1 State Cross County Championship this weekend! Landon Fry and Erek Kendrick are competing at the State Championships as individuals from the BGHS Boys Cross Country Team. They all left late this morning after a warm send-off by students, staff and their families clapping and cheering for them as they walked through the high school and headed out to the bus. BGHS art students made some "fat head" signs for the send off and to use by their fans when they are competing tomorrow.

You can listen here to Coaches Pat and Lisa Carney and a few of the runners as they talk to Clint Corpe on The Morning Show BG.

Good Luck Bobcat Cross Country!!!
