The new Buck Hill Airbag is open, now through January 1st!

 This winter, skiers and snowboarders will have the chance to utilize a new freestyle trick training product from U.S. Airbag at Buck Hill. The airbag is used as a safety cushion to softly catch riders after a jump, whether it is a beginner level skier or a professional rider. Manufactured by U.S. Airbag in the United States, the new airbag is a 50 foot by 50 foot inflatable with adjustable vents to allow for varying softness. The participants ski or snowboard off a 15' high snow jump and land on top of the airbag, allowing their impact force to be absorbed by the inflatable, greatly reducing risk of injury. Skiers and riders 12 years and older are invited to come and try tricks and softly land on this giant stunt airbag. A regular lift ticket or Buck Hill season pass is required in addition to the cost of purchasing jump tickets. (A signed waiver is required.
