CJDC Re-energizes "Believe in Youth" Program with Direct Representation in Expungement and Deregistration Cases
The Colorado Juvenile Defender Center is re-starting its Believe in Youth program and will begin direct representation of youth and young adults in expungement and deregistration cases.  Thanks to a generous grant from the Denver Foundation, CJDC will once again be able to fill this critical legal gap in services.  The program will pair clients with individual attorneys who will handle all aspects of the case.  CJDC will pay attorneys a small fee for their representation, depending upon the nature of the case.
