Working to Serve You

Calvert County Government, in cooperation with CalvertHealth Medical Center, has been working hard to provide Calvert County residents access to COVID-19 tests. A temporary drive-in COVID-19 testing sited opened Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021 and administered an average of 256 tests a day. The COVID-19 call center, established to aid citizens in scheduling COVID-19 tests at the clinic, received an average of nearly 2,000 calls a day.

The BOCC thanks all those who staffed the temporary COVID-19 call center and the testing clinic. The board also extends their sincerest thanks to CalvertHealth Medical Center for providing the resources to offer this temporary testing facility to the citizens of our community.
