An Independence Day Message from the BOCC
Today, we commemorate the birth of American independence and pay tribute to the nation’s heroes who serve to protect our freedom. As we take time to celebrate with friends and family, let’s reflect on what freedom means to us and be thankful to live in a country full of opportunity.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to the brave servicemen and women who fight courageously and work tirelessly to preserve our independence. And thank you to the families who celebrate this Fourth of July without their loved ones, who keep the home fires burning for our service members overseas. We wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday!
