Citizens who wish to provide public comment are invited to dial in by phone at the published time. Callers will be provided further instruction during the meeting on how to indicate you wish to speak.

The Department of Economic Development, in coordination with the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce and the Calvert County Health Department, has organized a KN95 face mask distribution drive for local businesses beginning Tuesday, Feb. 15.

Calvert County businesses must pre-order masks online at www.CalvertChamber.org or by calling the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce at 410-535-2577.

The Calvert County Government COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center will cease operations effective at 3 p.m. today, Feb. 14.

To schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination at an upcoming clinic, visit CalvertCountyCovid19.com. For health questions regarding COVID-19 or the COVID-19 vaccine, please contact your primary care provider or the Calvert County Health Department at 410-535-5400, ext. 334.
On Tuesday, Feb. 8, the BOCC voted to adopt a proposal from the Calvert County Redistricting Committee to update county commissioner election district boundaries based on 2020 Census Data collected.

The Redistricting Committee reviewed and discussed four proposals before recommending the third proposal option to the BOCC, which is the proposal option the BOCC approved and adopted. The unanimous vote updates the boundaries of all three districts and reflects the following population numbers in each district:

District 1: 30,253
District 2: 31,158
District 3: 31,359
