Happy New Year to our valued clients, Board Members, and business partners. Cardinal had a busy year in 2018 and we look forward to another busy, service-focused year in 2019.
 
Jane Goodall once said, "Only if we understand, can we care. Only if we care, will we help." I find this to be of great relevance in our profession. For 37 years Cardinal has followed a similar credo. Our work is our passion. Our goal is to create and maintain strategic partnerships with our clients and business partners to enhance the experience of both. Working together with care and understanding is a basic goal, but what a difference it makes when purposefully implemented.
 
Under the bold leadership of President Farrah Esquer, we have invested in new, state-of-the-art management software to improve our processes and service to our clients. We have rolled out a reinvigorated website with many new features including improved client portals for both homeowners and board members, all of which will enhance our clients' online experiences and capabilities. Farrah expertly keeps us at the forefront of technology.
 
Farrah also promotes a culture of continuous service to our clients and to each other. In 2018 we celebrated Farrah's 20-year service anniversary with Cardinal as well as the milestones of five other treasured staff members: Anna Hibbs, 25 years; Tina Zurrica, 21 years; Theresa Hirschman, 18 years; Janet Mehan, 10 years; and Rochelle Hibbs, 5 years.
 
Our continued success hinges on all of our partnerships and I am star ting the new year grateful for every client, business partner, and staff member. Here's to a happy and healthy 2019!
Announcing Our New Website and Owner Portal
  
We're proud to announce our new website and online owner portal. By now, you should have received an email with temporary login information for the new portal. The email also includes an attachment with instructions on how to access the portal. Please take a moment to log into the new site, change your password, and get familiar with the owner portal.
The new portal has multiple benefits, including:

Pay your assessment directly from your checking or savings account one-time or set-up recurring monthly payments. You may also make your payment with a credit card.

E-statements

Elect to receive your statement via email.

 

Communication Preference

Elect to receive official communication from the Association via email.

 

Update Contact Information

Update your phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.

 

Access Documents

Access Association documents like Rules & Regulations, Meeting Minutes & Agendas, Parking Permit Forms, Key Request Forms, etc.

Cardinal Holiday Luncheon
 
Cardinal staff took a moment from their daily duties to make merry at their annual holiday luncheon last week. Complete with the magic of James Donahue ([email protected]) and delicious food at Yves Bistro in Anaheim, they played holiday games and enjoyed a jolly time! President Farrah Esquer lauded milestone anniversaries during her thank-you comments to everyone for another year of superlative service to clients.
