Dear Valued Customer,
Summer brings a return to a greater sense of normalcy for all of us compared to last year at this time, but there is a ways to go. We’re all getting through this together!
If possible, I hope you are able to spend time enjoying Clackamas County’s many beautiful natural areas and waterways during the warm summer months. The WES-SOLVE Summer Waterway Cleanups series is once again underway to keep these areas clean and healthy for you to enjoy. Since our SOLVE partnership began in 2018, thousands of volunteers have removed nearly 40,000 pounds from our rivers and natural areas.
Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES) remains aware of the pandemic’s impact on our customers. Our hearts go out to you. In order to help keep your monthly bills low, WES just approved the lowest annual rate adjustment in many years.
WES has also adopted policies to support customers in difficult financial circumstances due to the pandemic, including the suspension of late fees and working with customers on flexible repayment plans based on individual circumstances. We understand that everyone’s situation can be different. WES also provides a low-income discount for those in need.
Our office at 150 Beavercreek Road in Oregon City is open to serve you from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday in person, or 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday by phone.
From our family to yours, Clackamas Water Environment Services wishes you all a very happy and safe summer.
Sincerely,
Greg Geist
Director, Clackamas Water Environment Services
