CDF is currently accepting nominations for the next class of the Jim Ingram Community Leadership Institute. The Jim Ingram Community Leadership Institute is a seven-month, two-year program designed to enhance community leadership development and to enhance personal and professional growth. The two-year program consists of one year of training and one year of community re-investment.

Participation in the Jim Ingram Community Leadership Institute is open to persons at least 21 years of age, living, working, or committed to the growth of the Tupelo/Lee County area. Tupelo Young Professionals

The Tupelo Young Professionals (TYP) is Tupelo/Lee County's premier networking organization for young, up and coming professionals. The mission of the TYPs is to attract and bring together a group of young, active, civic-minded individuals who have a clear vision of Tupelo/Lee County as a great place to live and work. TYPs participate in business-after-hours events, luncheon seminars, and service projects throughout the year. TYP sponsorship for the 2011-2012 year is now open.
