The Jim Ingram Community Leadership Institute is a seven-month, two-year program designed to enhance community leadership development and to enhance personal and professional growth. The two-year program consists of one year of training and one year of community re-investment.

 The Tupelo Young Professionals (TYP) is Tupelo/Lee County's premier networking organization for young, up and coming professionals. The mission of the TYPs is to attract and bring together a group of young, active, civic-minded individuals who have a clear vision of Tupelo/Lee County as a great place to live and work.
