Technical Service and Support 
Have you ever been in the middle of a project trying to meet an important deadline, only to have your equipment malfunction?
Be sure to keep us in mind when this happens to any of your document finishing equipment. We provide on-site repair service for all brands of binding equipment, laminating equipment, paper shredders, paper folders, paper cutters, drills and many other types of finishing equipment. Give us a call, and maybe we can help you resolve the problem over the phone; sometimes it is something simple that may have been overlooked.
We do not charge to come to your facility for an evaluation or for repair estimates on your equipment. We will provide you wth a repair estimate for your approval, to allow you to make informed decisions on whether to repair or upgrade your equipment.
In most cases we are able to repair most problems on the first call. |

Time Really Is Money
We recently had the opportunity to help a new client and we would like to share how we saved them 64 employee hours every month with a new folder, inserter, and sealing system.
Our client sends out 2000 letters every month for delinquent payments for student loans (as required by federal mandate). They had 4 employees spending 4 days every month, hand folding two sheets and placing them, along with a return envelope into a #10 mailing envelope. They were spending valuable proactive time on this function. We were able place a system in to their office that performs all of this mail processing in just an hour and a half. The equipment will pay for itself in less than 6 months of use and processes their monthly mail in about an hour and a half!
