Special Thanks!
A special thank you to the following who helped make 2011 a success. We had the opportunity to travel and photograph some beautiful projects. We were blessed with the opportunity to meet and work with some very talented new clients and rekindle some old relationships. We photographed a wide variety of subject matter including bridges, watches, custom residences, furniture pieces, cabinetry, doors, a mobile office on wheels, stone, fireplaces, light fixtures, a corporate jet, jewelry, people, sculptures, scale models, rugs, resorts, and more. In all, 2011 was a successful year and we look forward to what 2012 has in store.

"Get Your Kicks...while visiting the Dentist"
Hilgers Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry |
 | Hilgers' Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry; Reception Area |

Dr. Mike Hilgers recently commissioned us to photograph his new office in the Estrella Mountain community in Goodyear, AZ. The husband and wife team of Doctors Mike and Kelly Hilgers will both use this office as a second location in order to expand their practice beyond the Palm Valley area near Litchfield Park, AZ. This is not the dentist office I remember going to as a kid. The new office decked out in a Route 66 theme, comes complete with vintage cars and other 50's themed memorabilia.
While waiting for their appointment kids can hang out in the video arcade or surf the net in the Interne Soda Fountain. "Watch out for oncoming traffic", as the pink Chevy approaches in the private consultation room. As they are getting teeth overhauled in the spacious 5 chair exam garage, the kids can lay back and relax and enjoy their favorite movie from the car doors suspended from above. The kid friendly atmosphere takes away any anxiety a child might have in going to the dentist. What kid wouldn't want to go to the dentist when you can visit Hilgers' Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in Estrella Mountain.

"Up-Grades Included"
Veritas Condominium in-fill condo project in McCormick Ranch |
Beth McGehee of Studio B Scottsdale kept us quite busy in 2011. In all we photographed eight different projects for Beth over the course of the year. Beth's goal last year was to increase her marketing presence as well as update her portfolio. She now has a wide range of images to present her diversity and creative talents to prosepective clients.
These images are from Beth's project called Veritas Condominiums located in McCormick Ranch. These high end condos come complete with hardwood floors, granite counters, high end fixtures and decorative tile as standard features.
We look forward to photographing Beth's new projects as they are completed in the coming months.

Linear Fine Woodworking and Brimley Development
The elaborate display case outside the entry to this very high end closet is just a teaser as to what is beyond the glass security partition. In order to access this one of a kind personal showroom you must enter your private code and finger print on the security panel. Once recognized, the glass partition disappears into the wall and you are granted admission.
Inside you feel as if you have just stepped into a lavish Rodeo Drive boutique. There are individual backlit display cases for designer shoes, bags, jewelry and other personal accessories. These exotic wood casements were designed and manufactured by Allan Rosenthal of Linear Fine Woodworking. The residence was built by Brett Brimley of Brimley Development.
But wait there is more. Need a pair of sunglasses? Step farther into the closet and you will find a display case full of that perfect eyewear to go with your outfit. On the left is eyewear for her and on the right are his accessories.
Think you have seen it all? Her side includes a raised dressing area complete with wrap-a-round mirrors, so she can make sure she looks perfect for the night out.
And if you haven't seen enough, pull gently on his shoe display cabinet and you will find a complete laundry room concealed beyond this over the top closet.

"Windows, Cabinets and Doors, Oh My!"
Sonoran Doors not just doors anymore |
The Sonoran Doors name has become a well known name in the valley over the last 6 years. When you think of Sonoran Doors you think high quality materials, fine craftsmanship and unique design. Abi Murray of Sonoran Doors built his company to be a respected leader in the custom door industry. Not satisfied with selling the same door over and over again, Abi prefers to create unique doors for each residence. Abi personally designs and draws his creations by hand as only a true artist does. What you may not know is that Sonoran Doors can also make windows, cabinets, box beams corbels, furniture and even wood counter tops. Here are some examples of the great work that is produced at Sonoran Doors of Phoenix.
