Here's a letter we recently received from Jim in Illinois:

Well, I read the book (90 Minutes in Heaven) and three things happened: I verbally said "Wow", had a tremendous feeling of relief come over me for I now knew where my father really was, and I turned to my wife and said 'I need to shake Don Piper's hand." Well later that fall I was able to hear you speak out in the middle of southern Illinois--the best speech I have ever attended. Did you notice not one person talked nor did one baby cry the entire time you were talking? The most amazing thing I have ever witnessed. I was first in line to shake your hand and have my book signed. You were truly an inspiration to me. Well, the story continues. On the way home I told my wife and my mother-in-law, that I planned to give away 100 of your books to those I would come in contact with who had lost a loved one, and I am glad to inform you that I gave away my 100th book last week. Each time I gave one it made me smile, knowing I was making a difference in their lives. I wanted to let you know that I had accomplished my goal. My wife then asked me what I was going to do next and I said: "Begin working on my next 100. Thanks for making a difference in my life and in others through me. I continue to marvel at the lessons in the book you have shared and how they have made me a better person. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We never tire of such letters. But we are humbled that God would use the 90 Minutes in Heaven story in such ways. On the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of the little book that could, we praise God and dedicate ourselves to continue to strive to get people into heaven and help them have a more meaning life on the way.

Area-wide Events.  

Don is doing a lot more area-wide events where several churches combine their efforts, often at a neutral site to reach un-churched people for Jesus. God has really used these meetings. Consider having one in your area. Call our office and we'll help with suggestions and success stories. With God, all things are possible.
