Under Construction:

Memorial Hermann ATH Project

E.E. Reed Construction is currently working on the Memorial Hermann ATH project in Pearland, Texas. This project is a 48,650 SF, two-level athlete training and health facility. The building is tilt-wall with a structural steel frame and includes a soccer field with synthetic turf and stadium lighting.

Designed by Identity Architects, this building is located on the Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital campus and will provide a full range of medical care and athletic training for professional athletes, young athletes, and young adults. This project is scheduled to be completed in May 2023.

Recently Completed:

Sienna Ranch Solution Center

E.E. Reed recently completed the Sienna Ranch Solution Center located in Missouri City, Texas. This project is a 2,833 SF retail center which includes an interior build-out and clear-story, drive-through lanes. This facility is now home to Wellby Financial and Bean Here Coffee.

Innovation in Construction

The structure for Sienna Ranch Solution Center is comprised of Glulam beams bolted to structural steel members that support the Lock-Deck decking roofing assembly. Lock-Deck decking and Glulam beams are both formed by lumber laminations bonded together with moisture-resistant adhesives under high pressure. The challenge of the project was marrying together the different structural components, while ensuring we maintained the shape and slopes that make the building so unique!

Construction Completed:

Hyatt Place/Hyatt House

E.E. Reed has completed construction on the Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Hotel. Conveniently located near the Texas Medical Center, this project is a 354,178 SF,

298-room, 14-story hotel including six levels of parking and eight levels of hotel rooms.

The Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Hotel offers a host of amenities including an outdoor pool, gym, meeting facilities, business center, a full restaurant and bar, and a market for grab-and-go items.
