The Electrical Contractors’ Association of City of Chicago (ECA) is pleased to present a special event called, “ECA NECPAC Golf Outing.” This is an opportunity for Chapter members to not only participate in a golf outing on August 23, 2021 at Olympia Fields Country Club, 2800 Country Club Drive, Olympia Fields, IL 60461, (708) 748-0495 which includes lunch, food and beverages on the course, cocktails and reception, networking and fun giveaways; but, an opportunity to contribute to the NECAPAC.

The NECA IIT Student Chapter's recent video submittal, in conjunction with their ECIC project proposal, has placed in the top three. The three finalist videos will be judged during the NECA Convention. Congratulations, students!
"Contractor Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training Program"
The ECA's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee sponsored a "Contractor Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program specifically designed for Electrical Contractors. The first session was held on May 5, 2021 and was presented by Alex Willis, Leadership Surge. The next virtual session is scheduled for September 14, 2021.
As a reminder, the program was designed with a Multi-Tier Top-Down Approach, while implementing inclusion prerequisite skills at the frontline level. This approach will guarantee that the Diversity & Inclusion lessons are sustainable and have maximum impact throughout all levels of leadership within the company.

The Construction Industry Services Corporation (CISCO) Annual Luncheon was held on Friday, July 16, 2021. The event featured Lori Lightfoot, Mayor, City of Chicago as the Keynote Speaker. The program was also highlighted by Scholarship Awards presentation and the Pride in Construction Awards recognition.
ECA Safety Committee is to present a seminar focusing on two areas: Workers Comp. issues / Work after COVID. The program will be held at the Drake Oak Brook Hotel. Please click here for registration.
