ECA Summer Event -

The ECA Summer Event was held at the Streeterville Social (Loews Hotel Rooftop) in Chicago. The ECA members in attendance enjoyed the neighborhood eats, crafty cocktails, good company at the Streeterville Social. It was a fun way to spend a summer afternoon in the City!

ECA Young Professionals 4th Annual Leadership Conference-
August 18 - 19, 2022

The ECA Summer Event was held at the Streeterville The Young Professionals Fourth Annual Leadership Conference was held on August 18 - 19, 2022 at Lake Lawn Resort in Lake Delavan, Wisconsin. The conference featured a retreat-style learning experience, as well as an amazing line-up of speakers. Members participated in 8 hours of learning, teambuilding, and networking with industry peers. This year's conference also featured a technology demo-space where attendees checked out the latest products and software in construction.  We thank Alex Willis, Leadership Surge, Lt. General Ron Bailey, VP of Industry Development, NECA, and all of our guest presenters, vendors, as well as the ECA YP Committee members for their assistance with coordination of the conference.

The NECA Safety Leadership Summit is a unique conference for expanding leadership skills to persons responsible for safety throughout the electrical industry, in addition to providing an avenue to create new safety leaders within an organization. “Infectious Disease Hazards in Construction”
Tuesday, August 23, 2022 

The Electrical Contractors’ Association of City of Chicago (ECA) Safety Committee along with the Northeastern Illinois Chapter, NECA sponsored a special program, "Infectious Disease Hazards in Construction." The morning program was held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at the IBEW-NECA Technical Institute (INTECH) in Alsip, IL. We thank the instructor, John Dimos, Construction Safety Council (CSC) for his efforts with the session. We also thank the CSC for overall coordination of the program!
