The Estrella Warbirds Museum has always been known for its constant change and quality of the displays.  If you have not been to the museum in a while, there is no better time then this summer to catch up on the latest aircraft, military vehicle or automotive display that has become part of the museum since the last time you visited.

If you have a little bit of extra time on your hands and are looking for a new hobby or willing to share your knowledge or even learn something new, we are always looking for gift shop workers,  docents or volunteers in the restoration or maintenance areas.  We are all family and would like you to join us!  It's fun! Family Fun Day and Inaugural Central Coast Mega Swap Meet! 

Sunday, September 25th, 2016 

 
Estrella Warbird Museum is hosting the Inaugural Central Coast automotive related Mega Swap Meet.  You'll find all things automotive.  But that's not all!  It's half price Family Day! Bring the whole family!  There will be something for everyone, from a children's fun zone, to numerous food and craft vendors, live music,  and even a beer garden!  Plenty of free parking surrounds the museum facilities.  

Come for the early bird swap meet hours at 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.  All museum display buildings will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Even though its late summer and were well into the harvest time in the surrounding areas, we've not been sitting back and waiting for things to happen.

Herman Pfauter accepted the Littlefield Award for Preservation and Education Excellence, awarded to the Estrella Warbird Museum for military vehicle preservation.

There's been some wonderful historic vehicles added to the Woodland Auto Display!

The grounds surrounding the Red Ball Motor Pool building were upgraded for better drainage and appearance.

We're supporting the upcoming Paso Robles AirFest 2016, coming up September 30th to October 2d here on the Paso Robles Municipal Airport.

Membership has its benefits! Why become a member? The museum is supported solely from private sources.  Minimal membership dues go a long way in helping to preserve history for tomorrows generation. Membership gives you free access to the museum and our wonderful research library. Individual memberships are pro-rated at $50/year or $100/year for families.
